When do we sail

The club sailing season lasts from about the beginning of April until the end of November every year. Sailing is most Sundays, Tuesday evenings, and some Thursday afternoons. Occasionally, events are held over an entire weekend. See the calendar for sessions.

Sailors with a wide range of experience take part in races and even those quite new to the sport quickly look forward to these events. However, depending on their ability and the prevailing conditions, others can free-sail and usually experienced people are available to assist the less experienced when races are not taking place.

There are training events and opportunities to learn throughout the year and the club has its own fleet of boats which can be hired by members.  The Club boats are Toppers, RS Fevas, and Lasers.
